Dave Cottle is widely recognized as one of the most foremost figures within the game of
men’s lacrosse – as a coach, instructor and organizer. The Baltimore native’s lifelong association with the sport has seen him fill the roles of standout player, highly successful coach and national leader. 
Cottle is well-established as one of the finest head coaches in Division I history, havingcompiled a 279-115 record in 28 seasons at Loyola College and the University of Maryland. Heranks fifth all-time in career victories and is tied for first all-time with 22 NCAA Tournament appearances.


Hank Janczyk - Gettysburg College

 One of the most successful lacrosse coaches in NCAA history, Hank Janczyk will take to the sidelines for his 25th season at the helm of the Gettysburg College men’s lacrosse team in 2012. With a career record of 357-108 (312-84 at Gettysburg), Janczyk ranks second in NCAA history in men's lacrosse coaching victories (all divisions). He became just the fifth NCAA men's lacrosse coach to reach 300 wins when Gettysburg defeated Denison University 9-5 on March 8, 2008. Janczyk also won his 300th game as a Gettysburg coach when the Bullets topped McDaniel College 10-6 in the 2010 Centennial Conference semifinals. He is one of just three NCAA men's lacrosse coaches to pick up 300 victories at one school.
